How I became the person I am
As you can learn from my resumé, I switched into the it-business from another profession. But my studies of applied science and arts helped me getting fit acquiring new skills autodidactically.

In order to highlight my application in the overabundance of competitors in the building industry I presentated my diploma in a web-based format - without having any basic knowledge I used Dreamweaver.
The result was that the skills I achived in technical college were in little demand. Instead I was asked to bring an architectural firm in the internet.

A good suggestion, but then make it right! I started to deal with Flash and with the acquired skills I was able to get a traineeship in an it-company for four months. There I got the opportunity to use the internet and learn html, JavaScript a little bit of css and train it by working on some smaller projects. The friendly team there was also willing to help me.

So in one year I managed to get a full-time permanent job, right after the traineeship, in an it-company - the cgs, I am still happy to work for.

So was studying a waste of time?
I went tightly through it - just to fulfill myself a dream, straight away in the second semester: I took off for Australia for six months with my spouse. He just had finished his studies so the time was just right.
After I got my diploma we went to that beautiful red continent a second time - for another seven months. It was the outbacksī turn this time.

No this was no waste of time!
My time at the college of higher education taught me to learn autonomously - and what I experienced on those journeys in Australia I donīt want to miss! I got experience of life and some of the most beautiful moments ever.

And that is how I became the person I am now: A responsible, always learning, positive being who likes to be and work with others.
